Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lease property, show units, and sign leases.
• Attend onsite daily as required.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing and resident relations initiatives.
• Assist with lease audits, unit turns, and data entry.
