Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective renters to identify potential tenants and market apartments.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects of vacant/model units and common areas.
• Maintain prospect information and communications in the Property Management software.
• Support daily marketing, leasing, and administrative tasks under the Community Manager.
