Aufgaben

• Greet prospects, present the community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents.
• Lease. Lease. Lease! Exceed resident experience and engagement.
• Greet, tour, show, close on all qualified future residents.
• Process income, rental, and employment verification to meet qualification standards.
• Perform outreach and online marketing; participate in Resident Events.
• Manage fair housing, regulatory and compliance related services.
• Walk the property and maintain the office and model apartments.
