Sentral in Austin, TX is seeking a Sales Specialist to lease homes and deliver a best-in-class on-site customer experience. You will manage daily leasing tasks, greet residents, process applications and maintain documentation in our property management system.

The role requires a year of leasing or related sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. This in-person position emphasizes accuracy, hospitality, and proactive property marketing.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year in customer service and 1 year leasing experience or related skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sales ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold company standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to ensure they feel valued.
• Oversee daily leasing tasks and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate welcoming new residents and guests.
• Assist with office management and clerical duties.
• Record resident data in the property management software promptly.
• Complete lease applications and verify information for applicants.
• Inform maintenance of repair or cleaning needs as they arise.
• Maintain documentation accurately and securely.
• Advertise available homes and conduct property tours as part of marketing.
• Assist in guest check-ins/outs for homeshare activities.
• Accept rent payments, security deposits and related fees.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and relevant laws.
• Conduct market surveys and compare with competitors.
