Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic project management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Review applications, credit checks, and rental history for approval.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins with signatures.
• Manage lease renewals, notices, and move-outs; update records.
• Oversee rent collections and enforce lease terms.
• Respond promptly to complaints and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist with market research and social media presence.
• Complete paperwork for leases, move-ins, and check-outs.
