Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or apartment leasing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, process applications, and manage deposits and documentation.
• Maintain availability reports and submit applications for approval.
• Show apartments, close leases, and conduct move-in orientation.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs; enforce lease terms and fees.
