Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, and manage leases and renewals on-site. You will handle rent collections, evictions when necessary, and work to promote resident satisfaction and strong community visibility through effective communication and social media.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in customer service or apartment leasing; some accounting background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing; accounting background helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects professionally and assist with applications.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare move-ins, and obtain signatures on paperwork.
• Manage lease renewals, notices, and data in property management software.
• Oversee rental collections and evictions as needed for compliance and revenue.
• Respond to resident questions and complaints to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Support social media presence and market outreach for the property.
