Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Accounting background preferred with customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications, credit checks and renewal approvals; follow up with applicants.
• Show apartments, close sale, obtain signatures, and provide community orientation.
• Manage lease renewals, notices, move-outs, and data in management software.
• Oversee rental collections and eviction proceedings when needed for financial compliance.
• Respond to resident questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Conduct market research and outreach marketing; maintain Radix as needed; support social media presence.
• Complete lease, move-in/out paperwork promptly.
