Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager who greets prospects, processes applications, manages leases and renewals, handles rent collections and evictions, and promotes resident satisfaction through effective communication and social media.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of customer service or leasing experience, a basic accounting background, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role is on-site with a focus on community visibility and tenant retention.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Accounting background is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications including credit checks and history verification.
• Show apartments and finalize move-ins with signatures.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs; update management software.
• Handle rent collections and evictions when needed.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to questions and issues promptly.
• Complete paperwork for leases, move-ins, and check-outs.
