Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and rents, and enhance resident satisfaction. You will handle move-ins/outs, renewals, and coordinate with the property team to maintain occupancy and compliance.

The role is on-site at an apartment community with duties that include market research, property visibility, and timely paperwork for leases and inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Experience in accounting combined with customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools implied.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in lead management software.
• Process applications, deposits, and credit checks following company procedures.
• Show apartments, obtain signatures, and orient new residents.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs; update property management software.
• Oversee rental collections and eviction procedures when needed.
• Address resident questions and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and support social media outreach for the property.
