RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases, and promote resident satisfaction. The role handles rent collections, renewals, and evictions as needed, with a focus on on-site operations and community visibility through effective communication and social media.

The position requires at least one year in customer service or leasing, with a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service or apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Accounting background plus customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications and deposits.
• Show apartments, close leases, obtain signatures, and orient new residents.
• Manage lease renewals, notices, move-outs, and data in property software.
• Oversee rental collections and enforce lease terms to protect revenue.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and resolve issues; follow eviction procedures when needed.
• Support market research and outreach marketing; maintain social media presence.
• Complete paperwork for leases, move-ins/outs, and peak-period tasks.
