Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will focus on occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by handling leasing activities, ensuring satisfaction, and securing renewals.

You will also engage in outreach, tours, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs, while maintaining records and reports per policy and HUD/Agency regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of Yardi or other industry software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads for prospective renters via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide, showing amenities and model homes to prospects.
• Think safety first and address unsafe conditions in apartments and common areas.
• Build lasting relationships to help residents experience better living.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff and residents.
