The ideal candidate has several years of IT support experience, strong documentation habits, and a willingness to train in Detroit, MI. Relocation and travel may be necessary to support project locations.

Qualifications

• Completed a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, and technical training or professional experience
• 3+ years of IT support experience in a Windows environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• Experience documenting all work in a ticketing system
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel as needed
• Willingness to train in Detroit, MI for 4–6 weeks
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Windows 11 support and Tier 1/2 troubleshooting
• Hardware and software deployment for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Onboarding and workstation setup for new hires
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies with pilot deployments
• Assist with basic network setup and VPN connectivity
• Research and recommend IT hardware, software, and services
• Deliver end-user training and guidance to improve productivity
