Job summary

Stefanini in Savannah is seeking an experienced deskside IT support technician to provide on-site and remote assistance for Windows and Mac users. You will install, image, and configure devices, troubleshoot incidents, and assist with printers, mobility, and network services.

The role requires 2+ years of corporate deskside experience, proficiency with Office 365, SCCM/Intune imaging, BitLocker, and remote support tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years corporate deskside support or equivalent experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting capability.
• Experience with Microsoft Office / Office 365 suite.
• Experience with computer imaging software and data migration processes (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
• Experience with endpoint protection and encryption (Bitlocker) support.
• Familiarity with using remote desktop support tools.
