Job summary

Stefanini Group in MA is seeking a Deskside Technician II to provide on-site IT support in a corporate environment. You will handle desktop and laptop issues, Windows 7/10, mobile devices, printers and network peripherals, and maintain documentation and configurations.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills, ability to work with limited supervision, and willingness to travel or support multiple client sites as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma is required.
Typically 5–7 years of related experience in IT support.
Experience in a corporate desk-side environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supporting IT equipment in a large corporate environment.
Desktop/laptop tech support (Mac and PC).
Windows 7/10 operating systems support.
Support mobile devices, printers, scanners and VPN.
IMAC - Install/Move/Add/Change hardware.
Maintain repairs, spare parts and components.
Research and troubleshoot problems and document configurations.
Handle incidents via the client ticketing tool.
Provide on-site and after-hours support as needed.
