Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician to assist customers with computer systems, software, and hardware in Spartanburg, SC. You will train users, maintain systems, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and related networks.

The role requires strong customer service, verbal communication, and teamwork, with optional certifications (A+/N+/Sec+). Competitive benefits and a chance to grow in IT services are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in similar role preferred but not required.
• A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications preferred but not required.
• Must be available for varying shifts and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Train users on basic usage of computer systems.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Install, modify, repair hardware, software, workstations, and servers.
• Run diagnostics to identify problems and resolve them.
• Resolve LAN/WAN and other networking issues.
• Assist customers via email, in person, or phone with technical questions.
• Use management tools to monitor events and manage ticketing to keep environments running smoothly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
