Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance to customers on printer, computer, software, and hardware issues.
• Train computer users on basic usage and maintain daily system performance.
• Install, modify, repair, and clean up computer hardware, software, workstations and servers.
• Run diagnostic programs to identify problems and resolve issues.
• Support LAN/WAN-related problems and monitor client environments.
