Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. (RTI) is seeking a personable on-site IT support specialist to assist clients with computer systems, software, and hardware. You will train users, maintain systems, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks while delivering friendly, responsive service.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in similar role preferred but not required
• A+ / Network+ / Security+ certifications preferred but not required
• Must be available for varying shifts
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle
• Ability to travel when required
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs and use proper lifting techniques
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware
• Train users on basic computer usage
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems
• Install, modify, repair hardware, software, workstations, and servers
• Run diagnostics to identify and resolve problems
• Resolve LAN/WAN and other network issues
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, in person, or phone
• Use system management tools to monitor events and manage tickets
