Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Computer Repair Technician to provide onsite hardware and networking support.

You will perform installs, moves, adds, and changes, and offer technical assistance for computer systems and hardware. You will communicate with customers about repair steps, parts orders, and estimated completion times, handle follow-up services and escalation, and maintain daily system performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• A+, Cisco, and HP certifications highly desired.
• Ability to travel when required.
• 1 year in field service support role preferred.
• Must be available for varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Install, moves, adds, and changes; test and inspect units for quality.
• Communicate repair steps, parts ordered, and estimated completion to customers.
• Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems and hardware.
• Respond to customer emails seeking assistance and maintain daily system performance.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software; manage work orders.
• Develop knowledge of operating standards, practices, and procedures; perform inventory management.
