Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. (RTI) is seeking an on-site IT support technician to assist users with computer systems, software, and hardware, and to train staff on basic usage.

The role involves maintaining daily performance of systems and resolving issues across LAN/WAN environments. Applicants should have excellent customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Attendance and reliability required.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+ preferred but not required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available for varying shifts based on customer needs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills expected.
• Must be able to travel and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and use proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance for questions related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Train computer users on basic usage of computer systems.
