Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician to assist users with computer systems, software, and hardware. You will train users, maintain systems, and resolve issues promptly to keep client environments running smoothly.

The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to work in a team. Some travel and lifting up to 60 lbs may be required. A+/Network+ certifications are a plus.

Competenze

• Regular attendance required.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• 1 year experience in similar role preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Flexible for varying shifts depending on customer needs.

Mansioni

• Providing on-site technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Training computer users on basic usage of computer systems.
• Maintaining daily performance of computer systems.
• Installing, modifying, repairing hardware, software, workstations, and servers.
• Running diagnostic programs and resolving problems.
• Resolving technical problems with LAN, WAN, and other systems.
• Responding to questions from customers via email, in person, or phone.
• Using systems management tools to monitor events and manage ticket system.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
