Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance for printer, computer, software and hardware issues.
• Train users on basic computer system usage.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Install, modify, repair hardware, software, workstations and servers.
• Run diagnostics to identify problems and resolve them.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and other network systems.
• Answer questions via email, in person or phone.
• Use management tools to monitor events and manage tickets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
