Job summary

Trellis Supportive Care in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a System Support Technician to join our IT team. You will provide hands-on help desk support, troubleshoot hardware and software, manage user accounts in Active Directory, and assist with EMR systems to keep care teams connected.

On-site, full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation. You’ll work in a mission-driven, nonprofit environment that values collaboration, confidentiality, and continuous improvement while supporting

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience with relevant certifications.
• One year of IT/help desk/PC support experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional, team-oriented approach with confidentiality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support to employees, troubleshooting software, hardware, computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technology.
• Assist with electronic medical records troubleshooting, upgrades, and end-user support.
• Manage user accounts and groups through Active Directory.
• Assist with basic server and network troubleshooting under IT leadership.
• Configure new computers, install applications, support phones, voicemail, and telecommunications systems.
• Train employees on technology applications, including one-on-one and group instruction.
• Maintain technology inventories, equipment records, and the organization’s SharePoint site.
• Assist with data analysis, vendor coordination, and IT projects that support organizational goals.
