Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year AAS degree in Information Technology or the equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office environment preferred.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Knowledge of client/server concepts.
• Knowledge of networking design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Interface with providers and staff to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Create support trouble tickets for all issues.
• Install and configure software and computer systems.
• Analyze records and logs to spot trends and issues.
• Support the implementation of new solutions and applications.
• Assist with password or login problems and participate in meetings.
