Qualifications

Associate degree in computer science or IT-related field with relevant IT experience.
High school diploma or GED with three years of technology-related experience.
Experience with IT asset management and healthcare IT environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide first/second level user support via phone or remote sessions.
Triage, document, and resolve basic incidents and requests; escalate beyond scope as needed.
Assist in hardware deployment, software installation, and user support in a complex healthcare IT environment.
