Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Field Technician II to serve as the primary on-site IT resource for practice locations, traveling between sites to provide hands-on hardware, software, networking, and clinical technology support. You will also contribute to remote service desk work when not traveling, ensuring seamless technology operations across practices.

The role is onsite in the Charlotte & Hickory, NC areas with responsibilities spanning ticket resolution, escalation, and collaboration with the IT

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of IT, service desk, or helpdesk experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• ITIL certifications a plus.
• A+ and Microsoft product certifications preferred; substitutions allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support at practice locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and clinical tech systems.
• Deliver on-site and remote service desk assistance.
• Log and track issues for timely resolution.
• Support 24x7 on-call rotations as needed.
• Travel between sites to support operations.
