Qualifications

3 to 5 years of hands-on IT support in a business environment.
Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 suite.
Experience with printers, scanners, and networked peripherals.
Basic TCP/IP networking, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi concepts.
Familiarity with Entra ID/Intune or similar endpoint-management platforms.
Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site end-user support for office, warehouse, production, and remote employees.
Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, docking stations, monitors, mobile devices, printers, and scanners.
Assist with Microsoft 365 apps, email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Support Teams phones and conference-room equipment.
Deploy and configure new devices for hires and replacements.
Document requests, resolutions, and asset assignments.
Provide basic user training and reinforce cybersecurity practices.
Perform first-level network troubleshooting and coordinate with corporate IT for escalations.
