Job summary

Honda Logistics in Lincoln, AL seeks an on-site IT Associate to provide tier 1-2 support for company devices, network access, and applications.

You will perform system health checks, backups, tape management, password resets, and on-call support, ensuring compliance and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience administering desktops, laptops, and tablets.
• Experience administering printers.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily NSE/SEE checks to ensure system health.
• Check BRMS daily and weekends to confirm backups.
• Resolve printing issues and administer AdaptIO.
• Verify SAN PROD/HA replication is normal.
• Maintain and clean tape drives as needed.
• Rotate tapes in the vault and Talladega storage.
• Every other weekend, run GCCS checks for Monday readiness.
• Provide on-call support for IBM I servers and hardware.
• Support laptops, desktops, and tablets.
