• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, relocate, and support PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Complete equipment refreshes, upgrades, and lease return activities.
• Respond to and resolve service tickets in a timely manner.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this hands-on position, you will provide comprehensive support for PC hardware, software, and peripheral devices. You will be responsible for workstation deployments, troubleshooting technical issues, equipment refreshes, inventory management, and supporting a variety of IT projects and special initiatives.
