Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks an IT System Support Analyst for on-site support in the Birmingham area. You will manage the ticket queue, assist with end-of-lease activities, and respond to incoming calls as part of daily IT operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma (college degree preferred), 2–4 years of PC support experience, and proficiency with Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory. Some weekend/on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory is required.
• Experience with a ticketing system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to internal and external customers.
• Enter work into the ticketing system and meet deadlines.
• Assist with end-of-lease activities and hardware deployments.
• Support PCs, printers, scanners, and peripherals as needed.
• Answer calls and handle on-site IT tasks in Birmingham.
