Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks an Associate IT Support Professional to support technology operations and improve user productivity. This on-site role is based in Bristol, RI, and covers local operations as well as enterprise IT initiatives for employees and contractors.

Responsibilities include hands-on support for Microsoft 365 apps, laptop/desktop configuration, data security, and user training. Occasional travel and on-call work are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Windows-based computers in a business environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops/desktops and basic network issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for workplace ICT systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and workstations.
• Manage permissions and data security in Microsoft 365.
• Communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Support IT projects and training initiatives.
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overnight travel.
