- 3 years of technical support experience or 5 years in high-volume tech support
- Experience using knowledge management tools
- Associate's degree IT or related or Bachelor’s in CS/IS/EE (preferred)
- Current certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE or MCDBA (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of IT support to resolve customer issues and fulfill IT service requests
- Diagnose issues with computers, printers, peripherals, software, and networks
- Provide remote and on-site support and guide customers through resolutions
