Saab, Inc. is seeking an Associate IT Support Professional to support technology operations and improve user productivity across Saab. This on-site role is based in Bristol, RI, with responsibility for Microsoft 365 apps, hardware troubleshooting, and IT projects.

You will communicate technical information to diverse users, maintain data integrity, and participate in an on-call rotation with occasional overnight travel (up to 10%). Saab offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant professional or co‑op experience, an Associate’s degree with 1+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience required.
• General knowledge of and experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows‑based computers in a business environment using Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic network knowledge, including TCP/IP, routing, and VPN concepts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow‑up.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance, if required.

Responsabilités

Job Description:

Saab, Inc. is seeking a motivated Associate IT Support Professional to support technology operations and enhance user productivity across the organization. The successful candidate will provide hands‑on support for local operations while also contributing to enterprise‑wide IT support initiatives for employees and contractors across Saab.

This is an on‑site position based in Bristol, RI.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to employees for workplace information and communications technology systems, including Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Office Suite.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and workstations, as well as limited network and system issues within a heterogeneous environment.
• Maintain data integrity and file system security, including managing permissions and access within Microsoft 365.
• Communicate highly technical information effectively to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
• Recommend and specify appropriate hardware and software solutions, including Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
• Participate in the development and implementation of information technology and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct training programs designed to educate computer users on basic and specialized applications.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and support occasional overnight travel (up to 10% annually).

Compensation Range: $59,000 - $70,800

The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
