SAIC is seeking an IT Site Support Specialist to deliver on-site technology support in Crane, IN, covering end-user devices, software, and workplace technology. You will troubleshoot, document actions, and coordinate escalations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and two years of IT experience or more; higher experience acceptable.
• 1-3 years preferred in IT support for end-users.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and Windows 11 is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user support for Windows 11, Outlook, Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, document actions, escalate when needed.
• Administer Microsoft 365 Teams updates and manage group memberships.
