Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional or co‑op experience or higher education path.
• General knowledge configuring and troubleshooting Windows-based computers in a business environment (Active Directory).
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VPN).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to provide excellent customer service and follow‑up.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance, if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to employees for ICT systems including Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops/desktops/workstations and limited network issues.
• Maintain data integrity and permissions in Microsoft 365.
• Explain technical info effectively to varied audiences.
• Recommend hardware/software solutions for Microsoft 365 tools.
• Participate in IT projects and infrastructure initiatives.
• Conduct user training on basic and specialized apps.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and occasional overnight travel (up to 10%).
