Court Square Group Inc. is seeking an Office 365 Support Engineer to provide onsite support for clients located in the Boston, MA area as well as remotely engaged in Managed Service day to day operations.

The role requires strong expertise in Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and related technologies, with experience in migration, security, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers and collaborate with internal teams, with occasional after-hours support.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of customer support experience and 2+ years’ experience deploying or supporting Microsoft Office 365 users.
• Strong technical background with mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMTP) and networking fundamentals.
• Experience configuring mail clients (Outlook or other) and IT admin skills in Office 365, Active Directory, OS, networking.

Mansioni

• Provide Office 365 security expertise including Azure AD, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, SSO and MFA.
• Stay current with Office 365 changes, roadmap, releases and third-party solutions.
• Migrate SMB customers to Microsoft Office 365.
• Analyze deployment processes and suggest technology improvements.
• Provide technical support to customers with Intune (Conditional Access, MDM, OneDrive, Office 365 tenancy).
• Maintain responsiveness to customer needs, including after-hours or on-call rotation.
