Job summary

AT Process Technologies in Massachusetts seeks an IT Support professional to provide tier 1–2 helpdesk services across hardware, software, accounts, and peripherals. You will onboard and offboard users, provision devices, and manage access in Microsoft 365 and Intune on site.

You will maintain asset inventories, assist with security controls, support lab and shop equipment, and keep the knowledge base current while escalating security events as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in IT support or helpdesk operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows and macOS support.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune preferred) and basic networking.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware, software, accounts, and peripherals across the organization
• Execute onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device enrollment, and timely access revocation
• Manage asset inventory, device imaging, patching, and hardware lifecycle
• Administer user accounts and devices in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
• Process badge and physical access requests in accordance with ITAR and the Technology Control Plan
• Follow CUI handling procedures and maintain records that serve as compliance evidence for CMMC assessment
• Support conference room, laboratory, and shop floor equipment
• Maintain the ticketing system and knowledge base documentation
• Identify and escalation security events, and support incident response activities
