Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking an IS Desktop Specialist in Alpharetta to serve on the Corporate Information Systems front lines, owning service desk workflows, coordinating ticket lifecycles, and guiding desktop operations across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and ensure timely, customer-focused IT support. You will work with colleagues across IS to deliver solutions, manage hardware deployments, and maintain documentation that supports efficient end-user

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related) with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Or an Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• ITIL and CompTIA A+ certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted face of Corporate IS, leading projects and mentoring team members.
• Provide service desk support, ticket coordination, and process ownership.
• Support multi-platform desktop environments (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Lead and train other help desk staff and deliver priorities with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and IT processes.
• Collaborate with IS teams across departments to meet user needs.
