Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Windows Support III – End User Services professional to support the Northeast Metro Atlanta region, on-site in Lawrenceville, GA. You will resolve end-user hardware and software issues, install and configure desktop OS and apps, and ensure system security and performance in a collaborative IT environment.

You will work with internal teams and vendors, document resolutions, and provide user training to reduce recurring issues while upholding policies and service

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• End-User Support: provide timely technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Installation & Configuration: install and maintain desktop OS, applications, and peripherals; keep systems patched and configured.
• Hardware Maintenance: diagnostics and repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment; lifecycle refreshes as needed.
• Collaboration & Escalation: work with IT teams and escalate issues as needed while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Security & Compliance: apply security controls and follow IT policies and best practices.
• Documentation: maintain records of requests, resolutions, and assets; create troubleshooting guides.
• User Training & Enablement: provide basic training and guidance to end users on systems and best practices.
