InterfaceSystems seeks a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator to monitor customer locations using advanced two-way audio/video surveillance and to provide regular virtual security checks. You will act as the primary contact for inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors, ensuring rapid resolution of security concerns. Position is on-site in St.

Louis, MO with shift hours from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, plus eligible bonuses and a structured onboarding process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations to identify security vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings/closings or on request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or dispatching emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security- or system-related inquiries.
