Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator to monitor customer sites with advanced two-way audio/video systems. You will conduct remote checks, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues while supporting 24/7 operations from an on-site facility in St. Louis.

Training is provided and bonuses are offered for referrals. Starting pay is $20 per hour with shift differentials and performance bonuses. Candidates should be ready for a fast-paced environment and wear the badge of a trusted

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations to spot vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual escorts to safeguard customers during openings/closings or requests.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve or escalate security inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and support emergency response when needed.
