Interfacesystems is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator in St. Louis to monitor customer locations via two-way audio/video systems, perform remote security checks, and address security inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with shift differentials; includes uncapped referral bonuses and a $500 hire bonus. Training is provided and the role offers opportunities to advance through iSOC levels.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
Strong active listening skills to understand and respond effectively.

Mansioni

Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
Conduct virtual security escorts during openings/closings or on customer request.
Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
Take appropriate action including contacting and/or dispatching emergency services as needed.
Answer inbound calls to assist with security and system-related inquiries.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in the automation system.
Interface offered training courses may be necessary for further certification.
