Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator to monitor customer sites via advanced two-way audio/video systems and lead virtual security tours. You will be the primary contact for inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors while ensuring safety and rapid response.

The role is full-time and on-site in St. Louis, with shift hours from 6:00am to 11:00am and a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, plus differential and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in customer service, dispatch or security roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts for openings/closings or requests.
• Communicate via two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action including notifying customers or dispatching emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Complete training and comply with company policies.
