Job summary

Interface Systems in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator to monitor client sites via advanced two‑way audio/video surveillance. You’ll conduct remote security checks, assist during openings/closings, and be the primary contact for inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.

Training is provided and bonuses exist for high performers. Starting pay rate is $20.00 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and a path for growth within our 24/7

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening to understand needs and respond accurately.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations and observe for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings, closings, or on request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers and dispatching emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
