Interface Systems is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator to monitor our customers with advanced two-way audio/video surveillance, perform regular virtual security checks, and handle inbound inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.

This on-site role offers a daytime shift (9:00 AM–1:30 PM) with shift differentials, a starting pay of $20 per hour, and a monthly bonus program. Training is provided, and successful candidates will join a fast-paced, security-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings, closings, or upon request.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action as directed, including alerting police, fire, or medical services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
