Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator to monitor customer locations with two-way audio/video surveillance, perform virtual security checks, and respond to inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors. The role starts with comprehensive training and offers opportunities for growth within the iSOC levels.

Flexible shift options include a daytime core with differential for evenings and overnights, plus a performance bonus program and a separate new-hire bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and calmness under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings, closings, or upon request.
• Communicate using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action including contacting customers or dispatching emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Complete required training and comply with company policies.
