Job summary

Interface Security Systems LLC is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator to monitor customer locations via advanced two-way audio/video systems and perform remote security checks. You will be the main contact for customer inquiries and incidents, ensuring quick responses and proper escalation.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends. This on-site role includes onboarding, training, and opportunities for growth within Interface’s iSOC program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings/closings or at customer request.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Adhere to Interface Employee Handbook and safety policies.
