Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to lead real-time security interventions from our on-site office. You’ll verify alarms, interact with monitored sites via two-way audio/video, and coordinate with customers and emergency services.

The role emphasizes rapid decision‑making, clear communication, and escalation as incidents unfold. Responsibilities include live monitoring, incident de‑escalation, and thorough documentation, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems during incidents.
• Verify alarms, dispatch emergency services when needed, and document interactions.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors and advise on next steps.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life-safety interventions.
