Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an experienced Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, performing alarm verification, video monitoring, and live two-way audio interactions with monitored sites.

You will de-escalate incidents, coordinate with customers and emergency responders, and produce detailed incident reports while advancing within a fast-paced, technologically advanced security team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with customers and emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and perform video verification.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and de-escalate when possible.
• Ensure proper follow-up to resolve incidents.
