Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to oversee real-time security monitoring and incident interventions. You will manage live audio communication, verify alarms, and de‑escalate threats across monitored sites with rapid decision-making.

The role emphasizes experience in alarm verification, video monitoring, and delivering clear communications to customers and emergency services within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations, observing potential vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customer locations using two‑way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security inquiries and provide support.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and perform video verification of incidents.
• Notify designated individuals per customer instructions about alarms or events.
• Provide clear dispatch and life safety support to emergency personnel.
